Applicant must be 18 years of age or older. If applying on behalf of minor children, the applicant must be their parent or legal guardian. Maximum two bicycles per application. New Westminster residents will receive priority.

The program relies on donations. Because of a limited supply of bicycles, applications will be closed when the limit is reached.
